Fidelity associate Laura, a Marketing Manager, started the Weekend Inspo. Originally meant to be a casual weekly newsletter, she's grown Weekend Inspo internationally and created a new community by encouraging coworkers to bring their personal lives into the office. She was also chosen to be part of a Fidelity Culture Club - a group addressing direct employee feedback about their experience at work.
